I was formerly a sommelier at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu A CUT Steakhouse and also contributed articles to the well-known Taiwanese wine magazine, WSD Wine News, with my piece 'Sommelier's Recommendations: Versatile Wines.' I have served numerous CEOs in the Taiwanese technology industry.
I seek wine from the heavens, wine from the earth, and wine from those who craft it.
I am Andy, and after indulging in the pleasures of good food and wine, I can write a heartfelt expression of gratitude.
