Return conditions:

· If you would like to return the goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

· Merchandise must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and should be returned with original packaging.

Refund process:

· Please contact sulu@suluwine.com within the return request period, providing your order number and reason for return.

· Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will proceed with the refund process.

· The refund amount will be returned according to your original payment method, it may take some time(Up to 2 weeks) to appear in your account. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

· In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact sulu@suluwine.com with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.

Return Shipping:

· If you want to return an item, the return shipping fee will be borne by you, unless there is a quality problem with the item or we sent the wrong item.

Refund Exceptions:

· If the item has been used or damaged, a refund may not be available.
